Simon Daniels' corner of the MS universe is a broad and useful resource, written in a friendly and easy-to-read manner, that avoids the elitist attitude that you find on many typography sites. With the "Links, News and Contacts" section that features a searchable database of more than 500 type foundries, and (my favorite) the "Font Link of the Day," you can probably find any font you're looking for, and a few you didn't yet know you wanted. For anyone who's looking to create or make the best use of fonts, either in print or on the web, this is one great site to check out.DeviceFonts is Rian Hughes' excellent portfolio of sci-fi/pop culture designs and fonts.
